Hiromi is a corner of Japan suspended above Rome’s rooftops, in the heart of the Monti district. From the rooftop, your gaze rests on the majestic Basilica of Saint Mary Major, while the cuisine celebrates the elegance of Japanese tradition through signature sushi and curated sake selections. At sunset, the terrace comes alive with panoramic aperitifs, where the Orient and the Eternal City meet amid golden light, Roman skies, and delicate flavors.
