Hotel 77 Seventy Seven, in collaboration with Chef Gourmet Culinary and Pastry School, offers exclusive cooking class experiences on its rooftop terrace, boasting a spectacular view over the rooftops of Rome.

In the beautiful setting of Hotel 77 Seventy Seven, located in the heart of the Eternal City, you’ll learn the secrets of Roman and Italian cuisine under the guidance of a professional Chef from Chef Gourmet, all while sipping a glass of sparkling wine. Each participant will personally prepare the dough and shape different types of fresh pasta. Cooking stations will be available for boiling the pasta and preparing delicious sauces to pair with each dish.

At the end of the class, you’ll enjoy the dishes you’ve created in the comfort of the rooftop terrace, reserved exclusively for your group.

Classes are held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Cooking Class Experience – Roman Classics with Handmade Pasta
Handmade Tonnarelli (water and flour pasta) with Cacio e Pepe sauce
Handmade Caserecce (semolina pasta) with Amatriciana sauce

Cooking Class Experience – Traditional Egg Pasta
Fresh egg Tagliatelle with tomato and basil sauce
Ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach, served with butter and sage sauce

Join the Chef for a walk through the charming local market on Via Cesare Balbo, just a short walk from Hotel 77****, to handpick fresh ingredients for your chosen menu, either the Roman Classics or Traditional Egg Pasta. Then, it’s time to tie your apron, fire up the stove, and dive into your hands-on culinary adventure!
